THE PROCESS
- 1. CONTACT CALL: Whenever we receive your emergency call, a certified technician from RESTORATION CARE will contact you.
- 2. INTRODUCTION & PROCESSING THROUGH: A certified technician will go to your property and will be ready to inspect your damaged areas. He will check for moisture and stop the damages at its source.
- 3. PRETESTING: We will determine what sort of water damage repair, fire restoration, mold remediation and/or odor removal service is needed.
- 4. SET UP, CLEAN UP & RESTORATION: Your property needs to be restored correctly from the beginning, we work with the most up to date procedures that maintain your property.
- 5. MONITORING: During the dry out process, a certified technician monitors the humidity levels and temperatures with proper measuring equipment.
- 6. TESTING: We take our testing process serious. To avoid future health problems, we inspect you property carefully. RESTORATION CARE use a variety of tools to find any trace of mold, odor and/or remaininig water damages.
- 7. FINAL WALK-THROUGH: Once all damage have be in stopped, and you’re satisfied with the result, the technician will do a final walk-through with you.
The technician will explain and answer any final question you may have.
